My Background
I’m a former theater business professional, who learned the value of keeping fit and healthy while dancing and performing onstage from the time I was old enough to put on a pair of tap shoes. Now retired from my day job, those early experiences led me to pursue certification as a Zumba Gold Instructor and I now combine my love of dance and healthy living to help clients stay strong, fit and flexible as they go down the path of life.

I believe that in a world of modern maladies caused by work and lifestyle, keeping your body moving is often the best medicine. I love helping my clients find fun ways to keep their bodies moving, making small changes that stack up to big gains over time.
“Mary Ellen’s classes are incredible. I completely changed my ideas about keeping fit over the age of fifty. I’m having fun getting fit for the first time in ages.”
